How do you create, stay open to, and invite Possibility into your life and others'?

I've learned to listen for when I list all the excuses (and very valid and real) reasons for why something is implausible. I used to mitigate risk for a living, so I was very good at poking holes in dreams for the sake of figuring out how to make them possible. But oft, I'd lose hope in possibility because I was so conditioned at looking to my past for validation, instead of my future—which I get to create. So when I hear all the reasons why not, I take care to honor them (so they can feel heard and let go of their grip) and create my list of reasons why. I'd love to hear your go-tos.
